I just mailed my application. Will post an update when it gets delivered. I'm unable to change the entries on the Excel sheet, it's locked. Any idea how to do it?

Their posted processing time actually starts from the day they received the application, not from when they issue AOR. But yes, it seems we're in for a long ride.

Hi I have question, what if address changes during the application. as an example if I move to some other address or province (specifically Quebec), what would be the process then. Also, How would be the scenario if moved to Quebec. Does it have a different process just like Spousal PR like getting CSQ etc. which is only in Quebec province. Thoughts, suggestions please.

I believe you will have to wait until you receive your AOR or are able see your details in eCAS to be able to change your address, because only then will you know your application number/have access. So if you move before you get your AOR, you'd probably have to wait until then. After your address is changed, I believe they will transfer your application to the new local office processing your application. There isn't a different process for Quebec, because the citizenship application is entirely under federal jurisdiction, not provincial.
