Study Permit Challenges for Nigerian Applicants

Hi, pls I need ur assistance. I want to apply for Canada student Visa, I have two Cousins in USA that want sponsor me. They have over 80 000 in their account. I don't know the chances I have and secondly I have 11 years gap in my studies. I have only completed high school.
I have applied for a Visa 3years ago but I was denied because my boss that wanted to suppose had less than 7million in his company and they also because the application was filled by an agent. Pls, I want to know what you think, if I should go with application or not. Thanks

Hi, Unfortunately, no one here can give you a definitive answer to your question. You may have to wait to find out exactly what is up with the embassy.

Please I need help as I am very confused and don't know what to do.

I applied for the study permit visa about 6 weeks ago...I just decided to go through my application last week and I realized I made a huge mistake that may be said to be a misrepresentation. The question of "have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country", I selected No instead of Yes. I was refused a tourist visa to Portugal last year. I sent a case-specific enquiry (web-form) immediately I noticed the error, stating how I made a mistake in answering the question, and the reason I was refused entry into Portugal. It was genuinely an oversight.

Please do you think I should withdraw my application immediately or I should wait till I get a response?
Please help!!

Why did u have to send a webform before writing here? You have used up ur chances, just cross your finger and wait. The second chance was to wait after the first mistake. Portugal is not United States or Australia, they wouldnt have checked. So there was no need to send webform.

I completed my bachelor's in banking n finance in the year 2018 n thereafter completed my internship in an international auditing firm n currently working for the last 1 year. For my financial documents I have shown few FDs which are over 6 months n can be liquidated any time have very well exceeded the minimum requirement and my parents employment letter with their income details.

For my purpose I could easily relate the course which I have decided to undertake to my past education and mainly the difference in methods of studying in both the countries.. (my country is more theoretical n canada is actually application basis)

My intentions to return back after studies as this course is in high demand in both public sector n pvt sector (bank,insurance,accounting firms) n will give me a good job opportunities in my home country. Here i mainly focused n job prospects
