I am also in the same boat. My file was in Edmonton. After all my eligibility, security and criminality passed, it's been moved to Ottawa. Yesterday I talked to an Agent and he said like still the decision has not been made on my application and currently located at Ottawa. I have only 3 days left to complete my 6 months processing time.

Did you ask what else is pending for making decision?

My VAC office where I gave biometrics is in Canada somewhere in Toronto area. I don’t think Canada is opening much of its offices.

Right, but let's just focus on outland applicants here. Inland applicants apparently aren't going to receive PPR and go through the passport process of VAC offices anymore - they receive COPR directly.

Hi need some help please...does it mean your the application is being processed in Accra? My Fsw application was cancelled after I got the biometrics request letter because I missed the submission of the IMM5406 By one day. I raised a CSE and attached the document but still no response.

Yes, it means
Primary office: Accra (Snail office )
Secondary office: CIO and Edmonton

I am still not clear whether I am inland or Outland. If my VO is Ottawa, Canada then does it mean inland? Or is it based on my “current” residence address? I am not sure whether there is anything else determining inland vs Outland.

Yes, I asked. They said everything is clear. Only the decision is pending. It's been like this since May 11.

If you've updated your current residence address in your application, to Toronto then you should he considered as an inland applicant.

I don’t want to call them until my 6 months is completed. I have put another webform today asking this question. Yesterday my old webform response was generic answer.,

Yeah! weird messages are pouring in doubles !!! I even received it for expired profile!!!
