I also received a request letter on 13th May. My letter was to pay for RPRF, my AOR is 8th Feb though.
What was your request for if you don't mind?

My request was about the proof of funds, they have questions about some transactions and want to know the source. nothing special since all my funds are legit. But this is a positive sign, the progress is moving....

My progress bar was showing until last evening when other reported missing. I logged in this morning and its disappeared. Hoping its just a technical glitch. Last when I spoke to IRCC agent she said all steps are completed and its just waiting on decision.

web form is a tool used to communicate with ircc; its available here https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp and the response time is between 2-5 days

gcms notes has the status of your visa application and comments of the officer. you can see a sample here sample.gcmsnotes.com it takes at least 30 days to obtain the gcms notes there is a primer at https://link.gcmsnotes.com/notes-request-08043

just got off the phone with an ircc agent, my eligibility is still being reviewed, the rest (background, criminal etc) are good. However, my online profile is not updated.
AOR: Dec 13, 2019
AINP-EE FSW (Nurse)- Inland (Alberta).
FYI, Monday is holiday in Canada (add another day of waiting)

I saw an update in my profile yesterday and the background check status changed to “we are processing your background check. we will send you a message if we need more information". Also, the status bar was disappeared from my account since the update.

You guys need to read previous posts. Esp with Covid- no one can tell you what stage you're at. You got a ghost update yesterday so your file is definitely being worked on . Send a webform if you'd like more details.
