Her status would be implied because extension application is still in process. However, if she cancel the application after she leaves Canada, would that make her stay in Canada becomes overstay?

May I please ask for your help on how to obtain the Guide to apply for TRV for workers and how to apply since my visa will expire in December and I am travelling outside Canada. I am worried that I wont be able to come back if I do not have my TRV while Work Permit is still valid.

My brother has applied for visitor visa extension application on January 10.2020 in Surrey (BC)but after 4 months yesterday he received a message from IRCC his application transfers to CPC Edmonton visa office. He doesn’t have a multiple entry visa . Just single entry. Is there same thing , happen to anybody . How long he has to wait for his extension more? Thanks
I apply for my extension for myself and my son.when i upload my imm 5708 it went through,but when i upload my son imm 5708 is doesnt accept. These mesg comes up. Errorwe couldnt upload file

Same here! I am applying for a visitor record and I got an error description from the same form. I reported the error because I checked all already. I just hope them to reply because if not I will be out of status soon.
