Hello bro my ecas not changed, my file transfer lvo eitobicko 2019 ,still application stutas not changed, but I got ard in January ,from eitobicko office,

When i called to them, one nice lady said me that some of officer don't procces file because of queue and they stop worked with application since march because of lockdown.
Well, I think we shouldn't expect any good news during this year

Is call center open again, I think they are open because of covid 19
