Failure to declare your UK refusal is immigration fraud. Expect that IRCC will find out, refuse your app and ban you.

its no mater u change your 100 pasports they know . Now data is computerised not manual passport . declare your past refusal otherwise you will be refused plus banned from.Canada too.

Always amusing when people think by just by getting a new passport the slate is somehow wiped clean so that countries cannot work out who an individual is. Then the new passport has their name and date of birth, photo and even maybe place of birth exactly matching any previous passport plus of course these days biometrics do not lie either.
