Has anyone sent their passport to CPC-Ottawa from the US recently?

No, I am in Canada. I don't think source of origin really matters here

Oh I see. Because US and Canadian residents send passports to two different addresses so I assumed they would process them at two different locations.

Yes right, but if there is any delay because of COVID then it would impact all different locations.

I'm FSW-Inland and I sent photocopy of passport (Australians don't need to send actual passport) on March 9, received March 12 - but since then, no update.

Same here, no update. They received passport on 6th Mar (CPC Ottawa)

I dont really think they are processing the request exactly by date. My own relative got approved on 10th March and received back the passports on 17th March. She sent it from US to CPC-O

Okay nice but I haven't seen much cases got "approved" after 13 Mar. It seems they all are at home because of covid-19

From what I heard, they got work from home orders on 13th. So starting 16th March, they might be approving cases using remote access from home, but I don't think they can send the passports, because the visa stamping machines are in offices. All this is word of mouth news and nothing official.
