Not sure where you deduced LVO will be closed. Nothing on their embassy page or social media account. LVO still working with essential staff from home, same thing as IRCC is still operating per telework guidelines.

I just supposed that London Visa Office will also be closed for 3 weeks in the wake of lockdown announced by Prime Minister. If the LVO is open then it is a great news for all of us.

There is a spreadsheet for Pakistani applicants who apply under Spouse Sponsorship Category but unfortunately that is inactive since 2018. I just contacted the owner/moderator of it and they gave me the rights to edit it. I think if we maintain it and update it, it will help a lot of us in tracking the progress of all of the applications. Having said that, i would need atleast of couple of people who can help me in adding dates and names of all the applicants.

Some May 30 applicant got prearrival today so looks like London Visa Office is working.

Assalam O alikum,

I have a pretty similar timeline like you:

File received email 27 MAy 2019
Biometrics 24 Juky 2019
Medical passed 09 Aug 2019
Transferred to London office 30 Oct 2019

Got an email 2 days ago from London office requesting some more supporting documents like Social media chat history/ financial transactions, pictures for further proof of relationship file size not exceeding 5Mb which means they want it electronically obviously. But the problem is they also asked for a new police certificate which asked to be sent original specifically.

Now my problem is what should I do I don't know what's the email address where I should sent the supporting documents pictures/etc or should i just reply to the email i received the letter from and as for the police certificate where would that be mailed to ?

If you could please help me with your experience

In my case, immigration officer was worried or had concern whether I work or have been worked in Canada since I got my PR
I have sent them my T4, my Tenancy Agreement and utility bills
They have asked me to send all these docs, I have already sent them within given time frame.
It's been now more than a month since I had sent them all requested docs, and waiting to hear from them
Let's hope InshaAllah I will get last and final request to send PP for Via.
