I am also waiting for the AoR2 for more than 70 days, my file was moved to LVO on January 13, 2020. But as I know, sometimes VO's doesn't send the AoR2, they go through the process and if everything is good & complete, they sends the Applicant pre-arrival. but before sending the pre-arrival, status on ECAS (2nd line) must be changed as "We have started processing your application on (date)"

I got married on 14th March what are the documents that we need from Pakistan can I dm you ?

Hi everyone. I was in Pakistan, got married in first week of March and returned to Canada just yesterday. I have been studying the forms and requirements for the Spousal Sponsorship for the past 2 to 3 weeks now, i was successful in gathering most of the documents while i was in Pakistan and my wife will make more once the offices reopen in Pakistan. I however do have a few questions and i will appreciate it if someone can answer it.

1- This is second marriage for me. In the application forms it asks for date of divorce, what date is that? Is that the date "Date of Effectiveness of Divorce" found on the NADRA Divorce Registration Certificate or is it the date the actual divorce took place when the Talaq nama was signed?

2- Also the authority granting divorce was "Family Court", so do i need to provide the documents from the court or should the "NADRA Divorce Registration Certificate" be enough to prove it.

3- Are there any additional document i should provide, or should i wait for them to ask for additional documents?

4- Do they really look into the details of previous marriages even if the previous spouse did not get PR?

Can they start processing without sending us AOR 2? And also send the pre arrival ?? Has it happened with anybody here on this forum ??

Friends I'm january 2019 applicnt
Aor2 and file transfer to lvo on 12 november
Now stuck in prearrival
Police certificate and medal expired
No update for 4and hzlf month

Mine was transferred on January 13, 2020 but still no signs of AoR2. I suggest you to please check your status on ECAS and see what 2nd line is saying. If it shows we have started processing your application on (date), then it will be your AoR2. If shows we have sent you the medical instructions then you have to wait for the AoR2 like me

it says "Medical results have been received" , is this ECAS? , but GCKey says medical passed on 1st Jan 2020

Not sure where you deduced LVO will be closed. Nothing on their embassy page or social media account. LVO still working with essential staff from home, same thing as IRCC is still operating per telework guidelines.
