You don't have to since it is not in the checklist, as long as you honestly declared your income in the Financial Evaluation form. I remember that I have provided a printed copy from my online bank only as proof that I have been sending money to my son as financial support.

Statement from your online banking works. That's what I submitted and a letter stating how to support your dependents.

Yes hmBadz was right, but if you don't have a job you can submit the statement of your accounts. That's what I did because I don't have a job. I submitted statement of my accounts and letter stating how to support my dependent child.

Too many doubts, I need your help again
Me and my wife already have PR. I'm in the process of preparing documents to sponsor my Kuwait born son for PR. In the sponsorship evaluation form (IMM 5481 ) I have the following questions.

NUMBER OF FAMILY MEMBERS AND PERSONS INCLUDED IN UNDERTAKING IN EFFECT AND NOT YET IN EFFECT
4. Yourself ? 1
5 a) Current undertaking ? 1
6 a )Persons not included in 5 ? 1

Rest all zero so total comes to 3 ,Is this correct ?

5604 Form is for the non-accompanying parent that agrees that he/she has no objection bringing the child to Canada. If the mother is your wife, then you don't have to provide.

But in checklist IMM 5354, point 6 in page 7 says - Supply 2 recent photographs of each of your accompanying family members and yourself
