Hi Everyone,

Service Canada has cancelled the Biometrics appointment, and they extended the deadline to submit the biometrics within 90 days of receiving the letter.
Is any one able to book another appoinment at a later time ?

Please advise, it always tell me "you have exceeded maximum booking date".

Any help please. Thank you

Hi, Bio completed 5th March, decision made was Feb 26th. But still no SA email and mycic still say "Your action required" what should i do ?

As said wait. Ontario just declared State of Emergency and with March break camps cancelled and extended school closures, many people are not able to do their work. CPC M and Ottawa are both in Ontario and as mentioned before, it will be very slow process until this crisis period is over.

All Service Canada appointments are also cancelled.

Mine got cancelled too twice. Not sure for how long they will be closed - at least they shouldn't allow the appointment to be booked until they think they will be opened. Anyhoo! I will try again today to book for a later time, maybe in two weeks.
Please let me know if you manage to successfully get an appointment and go.

Their website says all biometrics collection is suspended. Come back when we return to normal operations.

I guess we have to check regularly when that will be.

yes, probably. But the cancellation email I received, it said book your appointment for later time when we get back to operations. But when you go on their website and select a location - they mention their availability dates, when you select those dates, they say you have exceeded the booking date.

Anyway, we have to check for this everyday I guess. Thank you.

Hello experts,

I was invited and have submitted application for my grandmother as part of PGP 2019 on June 15th. I received a letter from CIC that there was some missing info on the imm5406 form (which was true - I did miss some info) on Nov. 1 and I resubmitted the next day Nov. 2 - via email to the long mailbox address they asked me to. It has been over 4 months now and have received no correspondence. A) I hope they received it all but have no acknowledgment from them, B) when is it an appropriate time to follow up? And C) what number should I call to check for status or atleast the fact that they do have it all that they need?

can someone please help comment or guide, I am little worried at this point?

If you are a citizen, your mom can still travel to Canada for PR landing, as Canada will still allow entry to immediate family members of a Canadian citizen. Experts, can you shed some light on this?
