Please help me!
I sent all documents on Jun 2019, and on october they asked me to resend a form!
i emailed the firm as their request, since then, no news! They even didn’t give me file number to be able to follow up!
When I call, they ask for file number but I have nothing after more than a year!
What should I do?

If they requested form there must be temporary number starting with XF. It works with webform inquiry.

OMG !!! My PIL have the same issue and on Biometric request letter they have place “NIL” as last name !!! This might be an issue at later stage . Did you reach out to CIC, so they can rectify duplication ?

Yes i sent them a webform and it got rectified after a week or so.
I would suggest you/your PIL to ask the Service Canada or VAC agent to not duplicate it and leave one blank if given name is not mandatory.
and in case both names are mandatory, then you can send IRCC webform to rectify it.

On your previous post ( April 24, 2019 ) you said you don’t have co-signer.

well if you wife is co-signer and you got married in year 2018 still you both have to show income for 2016 to 2018 & 2019 in case CIC ask.

please check example 3 “Even though your wife is only included in the family size in 2018, she has to provide her proof of income for 2018, 2017 and 2016, as she’s the co-signer on the application.”

My wife was a student until 2018 back home
so she doesn’t have any income for the years 2016,17 &18 what should I provide? Proof of graduation??

As per Exp3 The family size still counts 3 for the years before we got married.

would you please advise what should I doto fix this?

You have to show income for 2016. proof of graduation is not income. Talk to professionals immigration lawyer.

If you wants to sponsor your parents in 2019, you and your wife (together) have to meet the income requirements for 2018, 2017 and 2016.

Regardless of how long you’ve been married or in a common-law relationship:

• your spouse or common-law partner can be your co-signer
• your co-signer must provide proof of income for the last 3 taxation years before the date of your application

Mother completee bio last week , but mycic still shows your action required .. also i never recieved any SA letter .. only ecas shows decision made under PA .. what might be the issue here ?

You have to show income for 2016. proof of graduation is not income. Talk to professionals immigration lawyer.

It seems that the most recent note on my file was by Service Canada officer in GTA, while my mom went for Biometrics. It means the officer has not touched my file for 2.5 months.

Also, I read Application Assignment due date as 2020/04/04. What does this could mean?

Let's hope so, fingers crossed. I was hoping the same when Ghost visited me on 26 Nov but file was transferred to NDVO on 29 Nov and it has gone into In Process again after almost 3.5 months

Why did you added her for sponsorship for 2019??

Please post your income for 2016, 2017 and 2018.
