Hey guys. So MIDI announced that they are issuing CSQ for applications received up to 22 Oct 2019.

How do we interpret the reception date? Is it the date when our package was signed for by MIDI, or is it the date when they issued the AOR?

I believe it is the date when they receive your CSQ application

Some guys in another topic saying that they got answered MIFI process by AOR date, especially for applications sent since end of November.

I called MIFI and asked. He said its from the day they receive your application. From what i have seen in the forum, in total its taking around 5 months to get your CSQ from the date they receive it.

When I called and asked about the process, I was told by the agent that they are processing the files that came AFTER THE DATE ON THE WEBSITE. Whether it is based on received date or AOR, I'm not sure.

Hi.. from what I understand is that it depends on the days from the last update.... i.e., the previous to last "up to" date in the MIFI site was Oct. 9 and now it is Oct 22 ... this means 13 days... so around March 18, 2020 (13 days since March 5th when they last updated the site), they will update it again... and it also means (from what I understand) that they will make progress of 13 days approximately too ... meaning... they will FINISH with applications received/AOR (depending, nobody is100% sure ... ) up to Oct 22 by that date... It's all my theory ... nothing official...
