I received my AOR on Dec 1, 2019 and I have applied for the PR from USA, but I have to go back to India. Do I have to inform IRCC about the location change? If yes, how do I inform IRCC and will that delay my application processing? Please advise @legalfalcon.

If you are changing your country of residence, you have to inform IRCC. Do it after you move and you will also have to provide your new address.

The only change will be that your VO will change to NDVO.

Hey there. There are few PPR given to December and even one in January. I myself am a January 3rd AOR. You can check all that on myimmitracker.com . Very simple to use and gives you a pretty cool idea of the whole process. It allows you also to be prepared in case of any ADR or problem as many ppl post the evolution of their status with lots of details. Good luck.

I received AOR on 25th Dec 2019, medical passed 17th Jan 2020, Biometric passed 25th Jan and RPRF Feb 12. But my bar showing on 35% complete.

Hi Trajan,

The processing bar is timeline for processing the application. As per the website processing time is 6 month, the bar shows how much time is elapsed and how many weeks are left in the maximum period of 6 months.

I am happy that your application is moving super fast. You would be in the last phase where they must be checking your eligibility criteria, background check before they ask for passport.

Your IELTS score freezes on the day of AOR. If your scores were valid on that day, you don't have to worry about it.

The only delay can be as per the new VO. Otherwise, there is no delay just to change your country of residence.

The IELTS has to be valid as on the date when you file your application. If it expires after AoR, you do not have to do anything.

I think it means someone has looked at your application. It's called ghost update.
It's generally a good sign.. Your application is moving.

Guys So I sent CIC a webform and they replied with this:

We verified the information on file and can confirm that:

· The file is currently located at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa, Ontario.

• The eligibility is valid as of January 15, 2020.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The criminal background verification has not been initiated.

Is Ottawa one of the fast VO?
and What does "eligibility is valid" mean? I was told that's another term for met or passed! what do you guys think?
