January 2020 on wards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR connect here.

Hello, I applied by paper on Nov 25 and the application was received on Sydney on Nov 19. Got AOR on Jan 30. Yesterday, I got a refund of CAD 170 in my credit card for the biometrics I paid when sent the application.
Did any of you happen the same?
I never gave my biometrics before, so I am confused.

I got my biometrics fee refunded back. This is completely normal. Inland applications received before Dec 3/2019 do not have to get their biometrics done as far as I know.

As I noticed from two guys here who their AR on January 14 and 20 got their AOR after almost 40 days. So can we say that the current processing time to get the AOR is around 40 days for whom their AR in January? Do you agree with this assumption?

Hello Everyone, I m looking for an advise. I m SINP Outland and my paper based application was recieved by Sydney office on 12Feb20. However I did not get them notarised. Is there any issue? Has anyone sent like this as in the checklist also, it was nowhere mentioned.
