Over 2 months and no AOR yet , is this still normal ? does nationality have todo with the late process? for example Middle east process is longer than south America applicants?

the AOR stage probably depends mostly on the office where your application is sent. Montreal seems to be fast recently.

Another December applicant here, already on the spreadsheet. My application was received on Dec 2 but still no AOR. I applied from Toronto. I heard it makes a difference. Is there a reason to worry... till when should I wait before I call them? Could it Xmas time that slowed them down?

maybe holiday season delayed us .. i am same here, recieved on Dec 4th, no AOR yet, Ottawa . i hope we get our notification this week.

Lots of November applicants still havent got AOR, so dont worry yet,it can be any day now for you to get AOR.

Looks like the "Single" applicants are receiving their AORs faster than the "Family" applicants. This is my observation looking at the sheet for November and December applicants. I might be wrong though.

Guys, maybe this observation is weird but when you are saying - plenty of November applicants haven’t got their AORs yet but how do you know they hadn’t received them. Some for sure would just forget about it. Just sharing my thoughts

Looks like the "Single" applicants are receiving their AORs faster than the "Family" applicants. This is my observation looking at the sheet for November and December applicants. I might be wrong though.

It really depends on a lot of factors (how many applications are processed at an office, etc.). It makes sense for single applicants to get faster AORs since there might be less documents and less verification, etc.

To admins, I'll just post my updates again so they can be put on the tracker
