Why they did not ask for sputum test this time??
Since by the time medical results were received by cic, her visitor extension certificate was already issued and my mom had left Canada by then.

Did IRCC ask for medical request and they saw unusual things on her lungs and asked for further test?? Why they did not ask on Nov 2018 ??

Yes they saw a dot in the xray and looks like they wanted to check for TB. They never asked then as the visa officer had made a decision on the file.

Once a new application for PGP was filed, it triggered the old results

Recieve Letter to submit police certificate from the age of 18, do we also need to get it from Canada if stay is more than 6 months here
And Also if PCC's are 5 months old, Can we still submit those ones.

Hi All, my application for sponsoring my mother was received on June 10, 2019 and AoR date is Oct 23, 2019. I applied through an agent and all the communications are directed to the agent. I got a call last week that my sponsorship has been approved and my file has been transferred to CPC Mississauga. I still don't understand it fully. Does that mean that I should expect Biometric / Medical requests soon?

Is there anything else other than mentioned below to submit while submitting passports:

5. Do primary applicant and dependant both have to SUBMIT passports.

I was requested additional documents (CV) on Dec 3, uploaded the same day. Till today MyCIC was showing 'your action is required'. Today it has changed to 'your profile has been updated'.

I just checked and it has reverted back to 'your action is required' but there is nothing actionable or no new message.

Please double check. most case PCC request come with SA letter if your Local VO is CPC-M. check sample SA letter for Local VO CPC-M here.
