Do you mean about this field: "Principal applicant (person making the application)"? My husband (sponsor) wrote his name there as well as Authorization field.

Is it correct or should we call MIFI to correct it?

No first section should be your name ...because in the French it says Requérant Principale you as the Principal Applicant
2nd section should your husband for his credit card payment

Just ring MIFI to clarify there because I remember got confused with the guide in English the agent pointed out the Form in French where their translation meant different things.

Hi everyone, my wife' file is sitting in London for the past 2 months. I started the process Jan 2019. I applied for CSQ(Quebec) 2 months ago as well. They really are behind for CSQ. Overall, there is a serious delay. Let's hope things get better.
P.S.: I am a Canadian citizen.

Where is your Pa from ? I called yesterday since I had no news it’s been 3 months and they said my file is still in Sydney but will be transferred to London . What’s your timeline ? I heard London is slow

19 Dec 2019: CSQ application sent (EMS)
23 Dec 2019: CSQ application received (EMS tracking, local time)
07 Feb 2020: CSQ charged (Credit Card)
