I passed my SC, the problem is the background check.

what exactly is not done on background check ?
In my gcms notes i pass criminality,eligibility but security not started ?
What is your status for criminality , eligibility ?

This is a CSQ question, I know I'm in the wrong thread but I hope I will get an answer here as I'm guessing everyone of you here got your CSQ.

I got my document request today and I'm being requested transcripts for my school certificates. I have mark sheets notarized but it is not possible to get transcripts for school as they are issued by "Board of secondary education of Government"...

Did anyone face the same issue? and what did you guys do then?

I wish I knew I passed everything else - egibility, criminality, medical . I think that the background is the last step.

U just provide them the same which you have it. no need to worry about something which you cannot provide them.

Question:

I am a canadian citizen and currently have a sponsorship application in process for my common law partner. We are still waiting for the sponsorship CSQ.

My partner has just receiced her PEQ CSQ, and we would like to also have thr regular Quebec skilled worker PR application in process in case something goes wrong with the sponsorship application.

In the application guide, I understand that we must fill out the IMM5409 declaration of common law union. However, the application guide also says that pictures of all family members must also be provided, as well as copies of the travel history and Imm5669 background declaration for the common law partner.

Seeing as I am a Canadian citizen, must i complete these forms? I can't seem to find any information either confirming or denying that I must complete these forms.

I would choose the PEQ program if I was you. When you sponsor someone he depends on you for 3 years and he is missing some benefits for this period of time. PEQ may be longer but is the better choice.

Dear Friends,

I got my AoR yesterday together with biometrics request.

It says that I need to handle biometrics within 30 days and no need to pay because all fees are paid beforehand.

AoR came 78 days after my files reached to Nova Scotia.

Timeline
2014 September to 2018 November, I have waited Quebec to issue my CSQ.

08 January 2019 - Files reached to NS
27 March 2019 - AoR received.

Nope. No update. No medicals, nothing. I do not wait any update in February as well.
Due to my GCMS notes, deadlines of many processing steps of my file are set as March.
