When did you get the ADR? When was your ecas status changed into 'app received'? Where is your local visa offfice?

Maybe in February they will start issuing PPR again .. since the beginning of November no mass distributions. In September-October, people received PPR every day.

When was your AR / AOR?

Yes, if it is happened - you need to write them, and it seems like they put mark "higher priority" in your application.

P.S I heard that some people wait 3-5 year.
