f you are experiencing technical issues with applying online, send us an email at ontarionominee@ontario.ca and include:

• your file number
• description of the problem
• screenshot (if applicable)
• your full name and contact information

I have dropped a note to them. Any idea in how many days they take to fix this issue.

Send an email to: OINP.technical-POCI-technique@ontario.ca including information mentioned by luxixi, if you've got them, or just explain your case.

You can also creat a new account using a new email

I applied for Foreign Worker Job Offer Stream (inland). I don't have NOI from OINP. I submitted my application last October 1, 2019.

I am an Outland applicant, I submitted my documents on 25 September 2019, after I received a NOI on 15 August 2019, unfortunately nothing has changed, my application remains in DIP, even after I sent them an email... What about you?

I submitted my application last 23rd Sept.,2019 through NOI 20 August '19.I am an inland applicant with NOC 7242 Job offer-Foreign worker.Mine says DIP since 2nd Dec.19.We sent them email too but still the same.

Hi,
I created by express entry profile under 'FSWP' and then after 1 year of Canada work exp , it is moved under 'Canadian Experience Class'.

Please advise if I need to select 'FSWP' or 'Canadian Experience Class' while creating ONIP profile.
