I received my PPR on 16th Dec and submitted my Passport at vfs Ahmedabad on 18 th .
I haven’t received any update till now Status is showing your passport is being processed at embassy Delhi .
Is there anyone who has submitted passport after 18 dec and received approval ?
I think we are all in the same boat, got an e-mail without any logos, sent passport on 19th, arrived the 24th. Last week we got the actual letter in CIC account, still no update.
Got Dispatched message an hour ago. It was 14 working days for me.
And the Timeline is:
PPR in mail - 27th Dec 2019
Passports submitted at vfs Ahmedabad- 27th Dec
Passports reached Delhi - 30th Dec 2019
IRCC Profile Approved - 15th Jan 2020
Passport dispatched message -16th Jan 2020
I have opted for courier service so I'll update once I receive passports.
I think the second submission request is just an extension of one more month. So don’t worry if you have already submitted your passport.
I also collected my stamped passport and COPR copies today. Below is the timeline.
Passport submission request - Dec 9th 2019
Passport submitted - Dec 19th 2019
Reached Delhi - Dec 24th 2019
Final confirmation mail and application approved - Jan 17th 2020.
Just have patience guys. You will receive the final email soon.

I submitted my passport to VFS yesterday and last night when I checked my tracking I got " No records found". Although I got SMS update that my passport is in transit to New Delhi .... My question is this normal with VFS in India or am I the only one facing this problem ??

Yes, I'm seeing 'No records' as well. Seems like there's a problem.
Everyone, I submitted the passport on 19th Dec. (post PPR), and got a mail today that 'processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2020-01-17 09:05:52 AM GMT Standard Time to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI'.
However, there is no update in CIC account on approval? Should I be concerned?

That seems very late in my experience. None of my family or friends took longer than a week. I suggest calling the VFS office in case they already have it. For online applications, there is usually a notification that comes after the sticker is applied. If you haven't received any notification after you submitted the passport, I suggest sending an email to the office or submit a web form query.

Hi based on the return times I have seen lately it taken around 20 -25 days once you submit your passport.to VFS. In some cases it has taken more than a month so you should get it back by end of the month.

No you don't need to be concerned. Even my cic account got approved hours after receiving dispatched message. You might have got approved message by this time though.
