Adding spouse to existing PNP PR Application

Anyone here who is a PNP Outland principal applicant who subsequently added his or her spouse on on-going PR application?

I have just received a response from Etobicoke office and they mentioned my file haven't been reviewing yet and it is in queue. It will take 2 to 4 months to start reviewing.

You are in along way. they are reviewing the file transferred on September 2018, that means you are one year behind.

Send us your timeline and the reason that file been transferred? Are you in Ontario?

My wife have visa refusal before, not oder gcms , after receiving pre arrival call , cic they say security not started yet, after few weeks file transfer to eitobicko, till now file in received not in process
