January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

For outland applicants if file is transferred to local visa office then cic could not answer. They will say to contact local visa office.

My file not transferred yet since aor 19 june, still in process from beginning. I m outland ndvo. Mdcl passed on 26 nov. Thnks

Wow, including me many of the outland applicants file was transferred to their local visa office. In this case the status will change to application received and after couple of months back to in process in ECAS.

I think you should call cic because if you got PAL, your eligibility should be passed.
