Alhamdulillah got my passport back with the visa stamped.
But 1 thing I want to know, my medical expire on 28-03-2020 and also expiry on my passport is same as medical expiry. Does it mean I have to enter Canada before 28-03-2020 and my visa will expire on this date and i have re-enter somthing like this? I dont get it about expiry date means?

Yes, you need to enter Canada before this expiry date. If you wish to leave and re-enter in future, that will be on the PR card.

Yes you have to enter before visa expiry. Also that visa is a single entry visa so you need to get PR card before you leave/re-enter Canada. congrats btw and welcome to Canada :)

every case is diffrent my case my file got transfrd aftr 9 months nd 23 days yestrday aftr 10 months i got ADR soo its case to case nd officer to officer variation chill nd relax we do got few march 201

I am sponsoring my husband from Afganistan and I got my pre-arrival on Oct 9 2019 and nothing after that. Now we are planing to meet each other, is it okay for him to travel outside Afghanistan?

It is okay but you have to keep in mind about the Passport request it can come in this month hopefully.
