Received the biometrics invitation letter days. Medical Results still says "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.". Does receiving the biometrics invitation letter mean that the medicals are passed and the status is not yet updated?

My question is does the Visa office where your file is affect the processing time? I have heard if it's at CIO Sydney, chances are it will take a lot of time. CPC-Ottawa and CPC- Edmonton are much better. Is it true?
