Hi All,


I have just got my PR and plan to land in Montreal by February, 2019.


After I land in montreal and get my PR card I plan to lodge Outland PR application for my Spouse. He is non-accompanying familymember in my PR application.


How long we have to wait to lodge the PR outland application for Spouse after getting PR card. What are the documents required for this application.


Is there any option that I can bring him in Visitor Visa and then apply for Inland PR application. Can I do that.


I am in dilemma.

so far 3 months of waiting ...

No. Nothing.
4 months and almost two weeks.

Received PR yesterday!

Perfect timing, celebrating the good news over a family christmas dinner.

And for people still waiting, this means emmigration continues over the holidays and imho the quota rumors are not true.

Hello guys! I just called MIDI. Excuses and more excuses. It's been almost 3 weeks since they updated the website saying they are working on August 8 applications. Apparently they haven't advanced anything. We must prepare for a waiting period of 5 months or more. If any applicant from August receives their CSQ please inform us. thanks!

Yeah i sent my application 1 month and 1 week ago and till now no accusé de reception or anything ..
Last time i called they told me they opened the file on 8 dec and all they have left is take the payment and send me the accusé de reception ..
i wonder why does it take that time to take a payment ...
I don’t know why people their are not working at all ! They keep us on our nerves !

And the worst part of this is that without having your payment taken you will not have a date to start waiting for your CSQ. I think all that time is wasted.
