27-oct-2019 : WES status updated to documents are being verified for completeness and accuracy

Estimated completion date was yesterday 20/12/2019 but up till now no change of status, no feedback whatsoever.

This is really tiring. Sigh!

My WES Case:

Bachelor (4y) and masters (2y) from top private Universities in Mexico.

4/20 documents received
4/26 in progress, we’re reviewing your documents
4/30 in progress, we’re reviewing your documents

Nothing since there, 39 working days since 1st in progress. I contacted WES two weeks ago and they mention “further research” is conducted on my credentials.

2 days ago I called and the CS rep said that my case has been assigned to over 3 different evaluators (not sure if this is common practice) and that my application had an update on 5/30, however it was not captured on the Customer backend feed and therefore is not reflected when I login on the system... they said that I should receive an update in 48 hours, however the deadline already expired... any thought? Thanks guys!

Did you graduate from ITESM or La Salle in Mexico? What happened with your case? Did they request a secondary verification of your school documents?

Hello All,
My university responded to the verification request via email on 12th of Dec and there is no status update in my profile yet.Tried calling them and they requested to submit a query in contact us form so that they will check and respond if it has been received.

8 business days have passed already,Does it take this long?

24-December-2019: Finally got my result

Finally got spouse ECA on the 24th. It was under final review on 23rd which was also due date.

15th Oct- Transcripts delivered to WES
29th Oct- 1st Verification response from University
5th Nov- 2nd Verification response from University
26th Nov- Status updated with due date as Dec. 23rd
24th Dec- ECA report

My timeline has changed to "Your all documents have been accepted and due date is 10/01/2020", but when i get into details, it only shows my bachelor's study(statement of marks and degree) as accepted, whereas, i sent my two degrees and there is no mention of the 2nd institution's documents. Like not even accepted, or not accepted or anything.

Did this happen to anyone? Is there a reason or something?

I already applied for my transcript to be sent to WES. Do I still need to send a copy of my certificate to WES?

Hey, don't worry. You will get you ECA done by Jan 10th. All your documents are accepted as far as I understand unless someone else has something else to say. You get accept status for individual degrees when they reach far apart.

Oh is that so.. didn't know that we get accept status on the different time for individual degrees, even being the same reference number.

Yes in most cases you have to .. but I do not know your country of education requirements, you can check it out on their website. I hope this helps you

Hi,
I am applying for the WES transcripts from my university. I have done b.a, b.ed, m.a. English, m.a. Fine Arts. and after that I got my study permit to Canada. And my study permit I have applied only on the basis of my recent education in m.a. fine arts. Now I am going to apply for WES. Can anyone please tell me if I will send all the degrees related transcripts mentioned above to the WES would it be secure or not?
