hey guys.
I just received a message today telling me that I must apply for csq.
I already done medical and biometrics.
the paris VO already sent me pre arrival services letter 2 weeks ago .
any word on how long the csq is gonna take and weather this means we are accepted?

Usually pre arrival letter is a good sign .. when did you apply ?

Be patient. I recieved pre arrival on September and I'm still waiting for CSQ. But pre arrival is a good sign! Good luck.

For outland applicants whose sponsors are living abroad with you, how long does it take for you to receive CSQ via post?

Received confirmation yesterday that our VO has received my passphotos and passport (copy) and that they've sent back my visa!

They will not notify you it will be sent to your mail address.

but we started the whole process in september 2018.
i feel like everybody is waiting a lot but i still am not sure does this mean we are accepted ? or not yet ?

Same here, I sent my csq application yesterday by post. Hope they will get my application soon . We are both living outside of Canada.

Not to give you any negativity or something ... but csq is a long wait ..

i’ve sent my application 1 month ago and till the day i didn’t receive any AOR even .. called them 2 times and all they tell me is i have to be patient ..

So good luck We have to wait

Yeah I just sent my application last week. Called today and the guy seemed even kind of pissed that I called. He did not say so but his response was the same as saying don't call back before 3-4 months.

Congrats!! Did you also apply for for CSQ? If so what's your Timeline?

We applied for CSQ last July, after waiting for a few months we got impatient and we phoned and phoned and phoned and then phoned some more, we received CSQ not so long ago (end of November) and we sent it straight to CIC for they requested it along with my medical before December 15!

In the meantime, while the CSQ was en route to CIC, they updated my app to decision made and that they received my medical. They emailed us the PPR last week and now I am waiting for Austria to send me my VISA.

They never confirmed or updated my app to show that CSQ has been received or provcessed, but it doesn't matter to me personally, we have the documents and we moved to the next (hopefully final) stage.

not sure for sponsors living abroad with you if they will receive a courier where they reside outside but they do send you via email I think if you hvae provided an email address in your application
