Hello, according to my GCMS as of January 30, 2019 my file was Eligibility recommended pass and was sitting at CPC Ottawa. Just last week, I inquired through web form CSE and was told that it got moved to CIO in Sydney. I always thought that CIO is the one that checks for eligibility, is my application going backwards then?
And also, my BG check has finally started as of last week as well.

Don’t know exactly what is the case but most of the people whose bcg check status have changed around 18 april , have got their files transferred to cio sydney.

I am on the other hand, my Eligibility was reviewed in CIO. According to the conversation I had on April 25ish, the agent told me some passed, some is still ongoing and my file is at CIO Sydney. But today, I received the GMC notes that my file has been moved to secondary office, CPC Ottawa, and I am having a RR on Proof of Fund.

Just got an update last week to do re-medical. Original one was supposed to expire Mid June 2019. Also see another person that went through the same process, was requested for re-medical but his/her medical wont expire till August.
Aor aug 2nd cic applicant family of 3. first when we called cic they informed our vo is ottawa. now recently when we called they are saying our visa office is nova scotia. usually files move from sydney to ottawa but mine is going ottawa to sydney. is something to worry about.
