Guys,
I do not know if I am on the right thread but I have one issue. The banks in Romania are refusing to issue the letter for the proof of funds. They will issue any kind of automatic bank statements where you will find all the requested data like, name, account number , the money in the deposits...etc, but the letter requested they will not issue. They will accept only the bank statements or not?

Hi everyone,
I believe there is solution for the situation iam in, the degree which iam holding sounds like strange for most of the people, I studied in a university in India I discontinued it after 2 years, and a different UGC approved university in a different state suggested that I could do a credit transfer so that I can complete all the remaining exams in 1 sitting- I move forward with it and have completed my b.tec in automobile.i have consolidated mark sheets stating that the credit have been transferred from so and so university and the final certificate has also been issued in 2016. I doubt if any of the ECA authorities will provide me an equivalacy in Canada. Now iam working in dubai and recently I have come across a distance MBA program in a UGC, AICTE approved indian university. If this MBA gets a Canadian equivalency by any authorities it might be possible for me to immigrate in the future.
Can any expertise have a look into this situation and give me advise about joining for MBA classes. If this MBA will not give me an equivalency, there is no point in joining.
Hi all,
I want to migrate to Canada.i did my b.ed .and I have 4ys teaching experience also. Through express entry is it possible to get a visa. Now I am going to write the Ielts examm also. With my hus can I migrate? My hus did ITI after 10th. Is it possible for migration?
Hi everyone,
I need your advice,
It's known that if you apply as a single, your points will be higher. In my case my wife won't add points to me and my points as a single or married without accompanying my spouse will be higher so if I applied as a married and chose that my wife won't come with me, will I be able to bring her later?

Hi. I want to understand the deference between Express Entry and IRCC systems?
IRCC stands for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. It is a Canadian government agency that runs the Express Entry program for people to apply for Immigration to Canada.
God
It's all on the CIC site:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp
But...
(Please note that this info does not apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program)
1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz
http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp
2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.
How does CLB match back to the language tests? That info is here -->
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp
3) Get your qualifications assessed by doing an
Education Credential Assessment. Details here -->
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp
4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the
National Occupation Classification (NOC) list
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp
The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.
5) When you have those in hand you
create your express entry profile.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and
register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng
You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here -->
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp
You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp
Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp
For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.
6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:
a) Have your
application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and
right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp
b) Identify how you will provide
proof of funds http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp
c) check out what is required for the
police certificates http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp
d) find out how long it takes to get a date for the
medical exam.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp
e) contact previous and current employers about them providing
job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.
f)
research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.
bless you

Yes you can. After you get financial stability in Canada, you can sponsor your wife. You can do it after 6 months of you reaching Canada. But you have to mention that you are married and your wife is not accompanying you. They might ask you for a clarification for y your wife is not travelling with you.
Thanks.
Must reference letter be stamped? Mine is on letterhead duly signed

I received my GCMS notes would like to receive your suggestions on following points
1. One of the activities mentions 11.2 EE MI -Review required
Although the final notes with case analyst reccomend pass in recommendation and A11.2 appears met is mentioned .
In outstanding doc. It mentions marriage cert is not legible which self has uploaded multiple times through webforms
2. Also ,it mentions for my spouse in PM 01 - ASSESSMENT it states that Indian PC Provided NRT Recommendation RR -Pending outstanding PC
They requested for ADR on 27th Feb 2018 for Bahamian PCC .My spouse has never been to Bahamas .We uploaded a LoE regarding this multiple times .After receiving notes also we uploaded the his travelhistory documents through so as to explain that he has never been to Bahamas and that he just sails on bahamian flagged ships
3 . In application section of notes it mentions that at no.6 eligibilty as reccomend pass and then at 5 it changes to RR . Also last activites does mention about Selection EE.Econ cancelled
Waiting for your urgent guidance in this regard.Your help will be much appreciated also my file has been shifted to LVO New Delhi mentioning the reason as work redistribution .It has been more than a year...this thing has been stressing a lot quiet lately...

It is possible for eligibility to go to review required after recommended passed in case analyst wanted to have a second look at something. It could be the marriage certificate or the PCC request. Since they already sent an ADR for PCC and you have already responded to it, there is nothing more to do as of now.
File moving to LVO is pretty common and happens all the time. LVO Delhi is a known slow VO and there would be many who would be waiting for more than 12 months. For that matter there are plenty of people who have files in Ottawa and have been waiting for 12-18 months without even RR on their file. It happens and unfortunately there is nothing more you can do but to wait.

Is there any issue if I cannot find 1 of my passports? I have 2 but one temporary passport valid for 1 years I cannot find( my first passport)
Dear Friends/Seniors,
Need your urgent advise please. I got my PPR 1 Dec, however, due to visa issues in thailand, my passport will be returned to me on 27 Dec. The last date to submit is 30 days so it will be 31 dec.
I sent CSE explaining my situation to IRCC relevant visa office on 23 Dec but got no reply. I tried calling IRCC in ottawa but i think they have stopped agents answering peoples call.
I call VAC and they said, i have to submit my passport 5 working days prior to the deadline i.e., 31 Dec. However, when i called second time they said, its ok even if you submit on last date i.e., on 31 Dec to VAC.
Please advise what to do?
Thank you in advance

What is the meaning of deadline if you have to submit something 5 days prior to that date. If that were needed IRCC would tell you to submit within 25 days and not 30 days. Your timeline is 30 days so submit within 30 days.
