Additional document requested August 20th 2019
Pre arrival recvd and background checks started September 20th 2019
2nd Medical request December 13th 2019
2nd medical done December 18th

Does anyone know if they requested medical just because previous one expired or is it because background checks have competed? Thanks in advance

Can anybody tell, what actually were they doing with the file before sending it to LVO? It took 8 months in my case for file transfer. But the ECAS still saying that BGC and Eligibility requirement is under processing. I do not understand their working really.

It look 8 months for me as well ...
According to the agentS when I used to call,
They said security in process in my case
Criminality passed
Medical passed
Biometrics done
So those stuff was done in Sydney for me so they said it might take less time in visa office so I am not to sure cuz I am still waiting
And not understating why it’s taking so long then

really....i hope that's the case. I thought all the criminality and stuff was done at the local vo. I don't understand why it should take that long to transfer. That's an incredibly long wait. Hope you get some good news soon!

Well that’s what it used to happen before
But I guess since London visa office is backlog
So they started doing background check in Sydney many agents told me this ...
