Question I my wife is sponsoring me to Canada send in my application June 26, 2019 AOR on August 26 and get request to pay my biometric fee August 30 which was did and send in by my representative on the 3rd of September 2019 yet up until today I heard nothing from IRCC is this normal are what can I do

No, you do not. It is only needed if your dependent children have their own dependent children. If you don't have any dependent children, does not apply.

Does change in employment ( Both PA and sponsor )be notified to CIC after submission of application.
The following link suggests that employment does not stand as a criteria for intimation of updation in application.
Kindly enlighten i am wrong
