Some people slightly missed a draw where they could get an invite because of ECA, and next they knew the score suddenly increased to a point beyond reach...

Our evaluators are reviewing your documents for accuracy and completeness. We will notify you if we need additional documents to proceed with your report or provide an estimated completion date.
You are not required to do anything at this time.
I called them on Thursday and they apologized for the delay, saying they were going to escalate it.
When do you think I can expect to get an update with a completion date ?

Mine is stuck from 29-Nov-19 at “We are analyzing and evaluating your document(s)”. Hope to have positive update by Tuesday. It would have completed 7 working days by then.
I have an ECA report issued in 2017 and applied for a report update to include a second degree.
My docs were delivered on 25-Oct by post, and confirmed by WES on 28-Oct.
They updated my application status again on 30-Oct as follows and I haven't received any update since then.
I called WES on 4-Dec and they said it was being escalated. I hope you guys have a smoother process because I am very upset with mine. My last application was much faster and around the same time in the year (back in 2017)

Mine is stuck from 29-Nov-19 at “We are analyzing and evaluating your document(s)”. Hope to have positive update by Tuesday. It would have completed 7 working days by then.
One was 4 weeks, another one was 6 weeks.
The estimated due day was around another 27 days wait after there's an update.
But both reports came in later than the estimated due day.
Both were submitted for evaluating one degree only.
Hope the info helps.
Please don’t plan.. apply ASAP and initiate the process. Don’t think that WES is gonna give your reports with 35business days(45calendardays) at times it may go beyond this and you might get frustrated. Hope you go through all the messages in this thread and understand what others are going through. Don’t do the mistake what I have done .. planning
