My parents are visiting in Canada. I received pre arrival letter on November 11th but my parents haven’t received a letter for bio metrics. Is it possible if they are visiting and are already in Canada they don’t have to do bio metrics. As I have already received pre arrival letter. Does anyone else have the same issue/situation.

How can I link my parents PR application into their Online CIC account.
I tried different ways they have mentioned their by selecting Application number, UCI number, date of birth blah blah

Pre arrival letter and bio request have no any relation . VO can ask bio anytime if required.

You will get bio request letter from mycic ones VO request.

can anyone tell me did they apply for their parents super visa online while you are in canada and your parents in their own country? i wanted to apply for my mom who is in india and i am in canada. am i able to do the form online and sign it? or does she have to sign it either online or on paper application?

My uncle aunt submitted application on 25 June. ... So can some1 just share some info on abt what date ECAS have been activated.. .it has been while but they haven't heard anything from cic. . Thnx

Could you please share when medical was done to get an estimate of how long it takes for the decision on medical on myCIC?

We did medical where it will be submitted through e-medical.

My mom did her medical for supervisa in February. We sent it on Oct 9th and passed Nov 28th.

We did our biometrics on the last possible day we were allowed. How long does it take for biometrics submission to show on Ecas? Also has the customer service number changed? 1888 242 2100 is no longer valid.

sent all the additional docs like PCC, resume, passport copies through an email provided on the letter. Is there anything else I should do like uploading those docs as well or physically mailing them? I haven't received a response saying they've received it, and no bounce backs either. Sent all docs, through 2 separate emails! Pls advise if you have any experience with the same! Thanks so much
