Intially the size of my document was too big for webform so i compressed the size online from 3.6mb to 1.9mb. and its pdf.

i would send to report a problem and mention it's to the attention of your VO (name it) they will probably do the follow up. Include a screenshot with the issue.

I have tried many times. But the problem is not showing up. They just redirect me "upload your document" section again and again. I can't take screenshot as its not visible.

Verify with the console with Chrome you'll see an error for sure there.

I am having a similar prob with documents to be uploaded. However i have uploaded them with webform along with screenshot of error. 1 wk has passed still waiting for any updates of documents. Will call them tomorrow

If it's an issue with the system they probably are trying to fix it before responding, but you did the right thing

What did you get? ADR or PFL?
I think they respond late to ADR's reply.
