Would it be possible to update our express entry e.g. regarding a mistake in personal information after we received the nomination? will it affect my nomination?

I have received an email just a few hours ago from one of the officer. She is now requesting additional information regarding of the contact details of one of my employers. She asked for the name of the employer contact person, position, contact number and email. I also have to reply to her about such information by this Friday as it would be the final decision for me.
