The underlined status in ECAS was always "In Process" since AOR until after 13 months, it changed to "Application Received".

Does anyone see this before ??? What does this mean???

Called IRCC , they said my file is in the process right now even though the ECAS status shows application received. he said Sometimes the system doesn't update etc and so if you just see Application received for a long time it doesn't generally means that they aren't working on your file . Good day and Best of Luck. May we reach our end soon.

Yeh even I don’t believe that call centre people. They are biggest fools I have ever seen . As every time I call , I get different and fake information

right, not worth to trust them, actually the phone agents don't know too much about your application, the only thing they could do is to pacify you. some of my friends files have been placed in local office for over a year and ecas still ar, do you think they are really work on your file for this whole year only for those several pages of paper?

Don't hope too much, ar after transferred to local office MEANS NOBODY HAS BEEN TOUCHED YOUR FILE YET. That's the common sense everybody know. As long as somebody touched your file, it is IN PROCESSING. And as what I know, most of people even won't realize it's been change to IP as soon as they got ADR OR PPR. It just happening together in a couple of hrs.
