Its not luck . In cpc Sydney they run a triage for sending to Mississauga . If the file pass that triage it will be transferred to Mississauga else to local VO

Guys please help
My husband had 3 rejections in Canada student visa. Nd one in United states visitors.
Today we got mail from CIc that we didn't mentioned it .but we made sure that we provided all correct information. Letter mentions that u informed about usa rejection bt not Canada which is not true. And you get 30 days to explain why u weren't truthful.

My agent said provide information about rejections that's it.

But i made sure that we provide all information correctly
What could have gone wrong.
Delhi officials are just messing without any reasons first canceled interview and now this.

If you have a copy of the PR application, you will see there's a question about old visa refusals/ or denied entry to any county
If you provided all info correctly, then you can send that page as proof.
Just see what have you entered in that question. Send a copy of that with the explanation of what they asking.

So my husband sent me documents from India to Canada. Then i sent those to my agent. I have extra copy of forms which was written by pencil by him
And screenshot of emails of documents he is sending me while he is preparing it.
Will that work?

I don't think so. A true copy of the application that was sent to IRCC, your agent was supposed to give to you as well.
They would not accept agent's negligence in this matter because in the end you are ones who signed application
My lawyer also made few errors but he asked me to read the application first before signing. I told him to make few corrections before submitting to IRCC

Please take some professional advise.

At this point i don't know what to say. I think i have to accept the fact. No matter how harder you try what's written in destiny it will only happen.
No one is that stupid who doesn't mentions past rejection from same country.
Choosing representative was the only reason that everything goes smoothly.

Does any sponsor (Residing in Canada) here submitted the use of representative form and still file got transferred to NDVO ?
If sponsor uses use of representative form and represents himself/herself, will the file stay at Mississauga instead of NDVO ?

Please advise.

I used representative file recieved on 4 Dec 2018 and file moved to NDVO in june 2019. No news till today.

My timeline is same like yours dec.7.2018 and moved ndvo may 16 no news after that long wait

You should ask local mp help also.my wife did already they will help me and providing me details about application every week now

I did from there i came to know my file moved to NDVO. But asking MP again and again may delay application as i was told by my representative.

If mp get update every week there is nothing wrong with that.becose we are close to passing 12th months timeline soon.and my lowyar also told my wife contact mp.so I don't think so there is any problam to contact mp.

My file was moved to NDVO on 5th of November directly from CPC-Sydney. I received ECAS update today stating that they have started processing my application from 22nd November. Is this update done by NDVO ? Moving forward does all my updates will be done by NDVO?

no there is so many thing still left. You will be get to call additional documents submitting. And whorse case you have to handle interview. It's up to what is done already.
