Thank Nav. Are there special instructions email that your parents received to get PCC done from CIC similar to BIO instructions or just show up and get it done there?
No special email From cic for me. I submitted a proactive PCC.
You would have to make an appointment at respective passport seva kendar going online. Reason for appointment: residence permit of canada or immigration purposes.
I'm seeing multiple posts of people asking about PCC, but not sure if there is an answer, is it an aggregate of at least 6 months? Or is it continuous 6 months? Does this start from my parents' 18 birthday or just the last 10 years?
@YULIA-2016 , line 418:
Biometrics submitted November 13
Biometrics accepted November 14
Sponsor Decision Made November 15
Not sure if I'm expecting to receive a different email, but in the decisiion made email, I was asked for PCC, CV/Resume, Travel History as a generic guidance if not already sent.

We submitted parents Sponsorship this May 2019.
In early November, my parents received both medical and biometrics collection request from case processing center. But no police certificate yet.
I have two questions.
1. Does that mean case processing center already make decision on I, as a sponsor, am qualified to sponsor my parents? Or they still need to check my qualifications later on?
2. Will they still ask for Police certificate later?
Really appreciate anyone can answer and provide your insights.
I am a June 4th applicant and also see "APPLICATION RECEIVED" for both sponsorship and PR on ECAS. I received AOR on Sept 30th. Some June 3rd and one June 4th applicants have already reached "DECISION MADE" so I think we should hear back within a week or two, either with status changed to "IN PROCESS" or if we are lucky, decision made as well.
