I sent my application on August 15 and they received it on August 19. I still haven't received my AOR. Is there a number to contact them? It's been 82 days

Yes the number is in the AOR, it is 888-242-2100

As we can see in the Spreadsheet most of July 19th are still waiting. You can get your AOR in the next week.

I'm new here. I applied for my citizenship in August but I did not include my 2 young kids. Can I still add them to my application? What happened was after we landed they went back home with dad. Dad wanted to stay a year and get all his benefits from work before resigning. He left with the kids as we had more help over there. A luxury we dont really have here in Canada. So I just found out kids dont need residency requirements after I had submitted my application

You would have to apply for them separately. Once all of you get the AOR, try using the web form/call centre and ask if they can be processed together.

I had requested urgent processing but going through details in other threads, I do not think my request will be accepted. My question is will they automatically place my file in regular processing if they refuse urgent processing? My application reached on 16th August but I haven't received AOR yet.

Quick question - I received my AOR a few days ago. I'm going on vacation for 4 weeks next month. Do i need to inform IRCC that I will be out of the country for 4 weeks? I thought I saw something regarding this on the official government website a while back, but can't seem to find it now.

you have to inform the IRCC any time you leave Canada more than two weeks during the process
