Does anyone had RCMP fingerprints done . Please let me know procedure

I did it for my citizenship application. There are agencies authorized bu RCMP to take fingerprints. You can google RCMP fingerprints for your city and check with one of those agencies. Some of them accept walk-ins, some of them need appointment. You will have to pay the fees (I paid $52 in Calgary, a year ago my husband did in Calgary for $85)
So you will take the letter provided to you and a couple of photo IDs (In parents case passport should work).
And then they will do fingerprints and send it to RCMP. If there will be anything else, they will let you know.
For my citizenship, I just went and did it in 5 minutes.

We were sent correspondence on Sept 20th (sent to sponsor), but received nothing.
The PA's application is linked to a GC Key account as well.
Called CIC call center and was informed that the correspondence was sent to the sponsor's "linked application", but since the sponsor does not have a linked application - only the PA, it ended up being sent to nowhere.

Has anyone had this happen to them?
