It's not a mistake.

The e-mail IRCC sent to you was a generic e-mail.

Also, officially bio from Super visa is not applicable for PR. But many people got exemptions and never asked for a bio. In your case, if the CO determined your parents are "deemed Canadian", s/he will not ask for the bio and you will get a refund.

Just send whatever you have, I also include copy of my Indian passport which shows the parents name on it.

I got the same query to submit Proof of Relationship and sent a copy of my old cancelled Indian Passport which shows the parents name on it as I had nothing else which had the name of both my Parents on it. Heck, even the Birth Certificate only had my Mom's first name and not her complete name.

Anyways, did you receive any update after sending documents proving your relationship?

- I am wondering why they requested option C? I've already provided me and my co-signer's SIN number.

My Parents had their Medical in Max Hospital Chandigarh . I believe they did not have any issues .
