Did any of you guys receive acknowledgement of documents sent via email? If not, how do we know that they have received the sent documents?

There are no acknowledgements sent from CIC and there was no response from them for weeks/months which made me anxious.

But I see most of the files they had asked had been considered and the application was updated accordingly.
It is difficult but patience is the key sometimes.

i sent 3 times to change my email address through webform. They never changed it until now. I missed the sept. 27 request for 2 weeks because of this. Always call after 5 days if you dont get a confirmation email.

If your application is linked with the cic account of primary applicant, you can try updating the email address on account information section.

Application received Jun 18, Status updated on Nov 05 to application received, But not received any email or AOR yet. is this Normal?

They are still processing the May application, you will get response in few weeks.

Hi, both Sponsorship Application Status and Permanent Residence Application Status changed to In Process yesterday.

1. We received your application to sponsor ***** on May 31, 2019.
2. We started processing your application on November 6, 2019.

If your application is linked with the cic account of primary applicant, you can try updating the email address on account information section.

Same here. My email was removed twice and I was getting letters from them by mail again. So I called and one of the agents said he put it back on file. I did submit a webform again just to be on the safe side. It makes me really nervous that I won't get a request in a timely manner and they will delay or deny the decision.

No. It will just be waste of your time and energy. They will take few months and then reject your application. Make sure you fulfill the income requirements for last 3 years.

How long does it take to confirm if the medicals were passed?
