I have a similar expected due date:

Docs received: Oct 3
Update: Oct 11
Another update with expected date of completion: Oct 24

Expected date of completion: Nov 20.

Based on trends, we could probably expect the results to come out between Nov 12-16! Hope we get positive results!

how come you have two delivery date and wait for them to accepts the documents, most likely by mid december.

Hello All,

I just got the transcript from my University (Anna University). It is given to me in the University'e envelope (Sealed and stamped). Can I now directly take the package and use DHL or UPS to send to WES?

I understand that WES expects university to send but since I got the university's envelope (transcripts inside), can I take that and send it via DHL?

Any suggestion guys. I head that Indian Speed-post might take upto 12 days to deliver; whereas, DHL just takes a maximum of 3 days. Correct me if I'm wrong here

you can use DHL but I am afraid WES would not accept it as it has to be send via university, if you want to send it then try sending it from or nearby your university.

This is fast, cos many ppl are waiting a long time to get their ECA done and your was done in less than a month.
Which Univ did you study and whether is this an upgrade request or a new ECA request?

ECA would be completed on 2nd December, that means a total of 54 days after WES received my documents.
And it was an upgrade application.

Were you asked to send your Bachelors documents again? University verification happened for both Bachelors and PG in your application?

I had sent my bachelors transcripts along with the diploma because I knew it would be an unnecessary delay if they would ask the bachelors again.
Also there was no university verification of any of the documents. I guess WES does not send verification for the transcripts issued from major state government universities.

That's great. I am also in the same boat. I have already sent my bachelor transcripts to WES for an upgrade application and waiting to receive my PG transcripts next week from my university. What will be your CRS score once you get your ECA report? Mine will be 469 with CLB10 IELTS.

My due date for completion is 12th November. However till today the last status update is on 16th October ( when docs were accepted and due date was given) do you guys think I'll receive the report on the due date?

I am also waiting with a date of 14th. Seems like they issue on that particular date only

We have a very similar timeframe. After the October 9 update, they are checking the authenticity of the documents received. My university sent the documents online, so I think that is the reason why it was a bit faster.

Based on the current trends, you should be receiving an update within this week, otherwise, you may send an email to wes with your reference number - that helps sometimes.
