Got PPR today!

I don’t have all the dates on hand but we submitted in June, biometrics and medical were done in August, and I think it was sent to the VO not long after that.
Today we just received an email about “preparing for life in Canada” with resource links.
Is this a good sign or a sign that we’ll be approved soon or what’s the next step? I keep seeing “PPR” but we already sent photocopies in the initial application.

Application received June 10, 2019.
IRCC sent my lawyer the AOR email on July 31st
Biometrics and Medical requested Aug 8th
Sponsor approval email to Aug 12
Medical exam and biometrics done Aug 21, Aug 22nd respectively
Medical results received updated on ECAS on Sept 3rd
No additional documents and no Interview requested
Passport request email from Mississauga sent to my lawyer on sent Sept 20 .
Passport submitted to VFS - Sep 24th ,2019
Passport received back today with COPR - Oct 1st ,2019

congratulation, what is the expiry date for your PR visa stamped on your passport ?

I noticed there are a lot of applicants from who are residing in UAE who have applied in the month of June as per the tracker , but most of them have not received any update regarding which visa office their application has been moved to, after the medical. I am July applicant ,also residing in UAE but origin from India and the last update I received was over two months before, September 12 that I passed medical and no update thereafter. Just wondering if there is any delay with the applicants who have submitted PCC from two countries

Aor- 31 july 2019
SA- 8 august 2019
Medical Bio both - 19 august 2019
Med updated:- 22nd august 2019
File tranfer to New delhi :- 22 October 2019

Now I have few doubts/question
1. Are we gonna get another AOR from new delhi office because we haven’t got any mail from them so far
2. I got rejection of student visa in 2014. Is that gonna effect our file in any way?
3. Why are some files transfer to new delhi and some to Mississauga? Do they have criteria for that too? Or just a random luck?
4. How much time does new delhi office take further to process our file?

Hi JJS, I got PPR request email today 5th Sep 2019 for Delhi, India, Thanks for all suggestions by you and by all other friends.
My DM was on 25th Aug 2019, Note there is no change in ECAS and GCKey for PPR yet. I hope the nearer will get the same soon too, sheet updated.

I also got the same update today. I think this is normal and a good sign..we need to on keep praying

1. In theory you should get a second AOR from NDVO. That doesnt always happen, so if it doesnt come, dont worry. It's just a formality.
2. As long as you disclosed it in your application, it shouldn't effect you.
3. I'm sure they do have criteria for which applications go where, but we dont know exactly what it is. Other forum members (myself included) tend to assume that the easier/more straightforward applications go to Mississauga (like spouses/partners of PRs that were previously declared on the sponsor's PR app) and that if your application or your personal history has something that IRCC might want to look twice at (like your prior visa refusal) or if they think you might require an interview, they send it to the local office. This is not always the case, like I said we dont actually know what triggers the VO designation, these are just guesses. For all we know it could mean Missisauga has a backlog and NDVO doesnt so they sent it there to go faster.
4. Not sure, but I know theres a whole thread about it that you could join

So far my wife has been aproved as sponsor, I have done and submit my biometrics and medical exams in September 2019,
My file was send to Mexico for further processing on Oct 28th
Anyone in similar situation?
What is next ? Any suggested timeline
