Just got my eligibility Letter .

Application revecived that 25 September 2018,
Started in 5th December 2018 .
Medical Passed in 16th Jan 2019 .
Back ground check started 13March 2019.
Police Report Requested 13 May 2019 .
Submitted 6th June 2019 and 19th June 2019 .
Family bio matric fees letter got on 8th August and deposited 8th August 2019 .

All after that Eligibility Letter of 25th October 2019
Total time 13 month Exact

And they also asked to send family form overseas office London . What’s the next procedure pls

Usually the main applicant will receive AIP/DM and in the letter will be mentioned the requested forms and VO location. The VO will not start the processing of overseas spouse/dependents application unless the main applicant landing so most cases spouse/dependents send thier forms before main applicant landing through mail then when main applicant landing the VO will be notified and VO will start processing by looking in the forms then will send request for the rest documents but also I saw cases that VO contact the main applicant by sending email asking to send all requested documents through email from the beginning so basically it’s all depends on the VO.

3-how many number of applicants because my son is over 18 , would he fill separate application,

In back ground schedule there one another option of sign “ solemn declaration “ should they sign also this one ?

Do Daughter need to sign ?
