I called OINP today. Got confirmation that no additional documents are required; just need to wait for the email from cic. Lets hope for nomination soon.

My Updated Timeline:

NOI Received: 1st August 2019
Profile Submitted: 2 September 2019
Incomplete Application: 19th September 2019 (Was asked to authorise WES to share ECA results with OINP)
Assessment: 23rd September 2019
ADR: 30 October. NOC mismatch from IRCC (2173/2174). Though I had updated my NOC with IRCC before submitting this application, they picked up the previous NOC for some reason. Uploaded screenshots of my profile with the right NOC on 30 October.
Decision In Progress: 31 October 2019
Approved: waiting

My 60 days from submission timeline completes tomorrow.

OINP started nominating applications submitted on Aug 23. Hope we will get through within few days.
