Yes, That's correct. I think for Toronto it can take 100 to 120 days and for less crowded areas it can take 60 to 100 days.

I sent application for 3 received on 7 august 2019. Got AOR for me and my son yesterday but haven’t receive for my wife.
Is this normal to wait or I should contact them.

No, I travelled once. I think I might forget to mention her email id, this is the only reason I believe.
